  • This project may be with us forever and have a huge effect on ALL town and village residents. However, if you are seasonal resident you are not only the largest portion of the tax base, but you are also a major supporter of this community economically. Do not shy away from demanding that your rights be protected and that your voice be heard. The U.S. Constitution guarantees the rights of all Americans. It is not based on who has lived here the longest, or who your friends and family are in town government.

This picture and the cover are an artist rendering and estimate of the visual impact on the area. They are based on known objects in the photos such as telephone poles and silos and the known heights of industrial wind turbines from engineering documents from the Maple Ridge project in Lowville, N. Y. They are not engineering documents and are only used to give a reasonably accurate feel for the visual impact.

These visual estimates include only a FEW of the total wind turbines proposed.
